Advanced Course – Training After the Beginner Course

The advanced course usually offers four training sessions per week. The training is based on Kyokushin karate and is complemented, where appropriate, with techniques and exercises from other martial arts, such as boxing, kickboxing and wrestling.

The aim of cross-training is to develop versatile skills for fighting at different ranges. In addition to stand-up fighting, the training also covers close-range combat and ground situations.

Under Kyokushin competition rules, hand strikes to the head are prohibited. On the advanced course, training extends beyond competition rules and may also include controlled head punches, close-range combat and ground-fighting exercises. The aim is to develop well-rounded, practical fighting skills.

Tuesday and Thursday sessions primarily focus on Kyokushin karate and improving physical fitness. Weekend training is often more comprehensive and may also include head punches and exercises from other martial arts.

The training programme is adapted according to the situation and training goals. When preparing for Kyokushin competitions, for example, the training focuses on competition-specific techniques, sparring and physical preparation.

If you have previous martial arts experience, you can join the advanced course directly!

More detailed information and photos of the training content will be added to the website later.
